Location

The only Uber Highland Estate, built on a virgin natural hill preserve at an altitude of 6132 ft., with contoured topography surrounded by a reserve forest extension of the oldest tiger reserve. It is said territory was once the preferred hunting and recreational grounds of the East India Company and British regiments stationed at Ranikhet.

Located approximately 336 km northeast of Delhi, in the "Abode of the Gods" Uttarakhand - on the state highway leading to famous hill station - Ranikhet, "The Queen's Meadow", via India oldest national reserve - Jim Corbett National park - 55 km uphill alongside famous Binsar Mahadev temple and engulfed by the dense Binsar reserve forest.
