Estate Homes
Estate Homes comes with Plots admeasuring between 1000 sq. meters and 3100 sq. meters of land. The plots sizes varies subject to topographic adjustments.
The plots admeasuring between 1000 sq. meters and 1500 sq. meters comes with a villa admeasuring 4300 sq. ft. carpet area.
The Plots admeasuring between 1500 sq. meters and 3100 sq. meters comes with a villa admeasuring 5550 sq. ft. carpet area.

What is the Residential Management Rental Programme (RMRP)?
The villa owners have the option to enter into a Residential Management Rental Programme with the resort and allow their villa to part of the holiday program of the resort and earn from the programme.
If my villa is part of the RMRP how often can I stay?
If you have opted to enter the Residential Management Rental Programme, as the villa owner you will be allowed sixty days usage per calendar year, subject to black out dates, if any.
What are the returns from the RMRP ?
There are no guaranteed returns, and are subject to the number of days of occupancy of the villa.

Are the villas and estate homes freehold or leasehold ?
All the villas and estate homes are freehold.
Will the Facade of all the Villas be the same ?
Yes, the facade of the villas are consistent and based on the design specification of the company.

Although the layouts are based on the pre-approved floor plans. Some minor customization may be possible.
What is definition of carpet area?
Mountain Villas
The carpet area of the villas areas of the villas range from 2300 sq ft to 5550 sq ft. This is includes wall massing and pillar. There is no common areas loading on the villas.
Estate Homes
The plot area of the Estate Homes is based on actual area, subject minor adjustments based on the topography and contour of the land.There is no common areas loading on the plots and villas.
